At Church on the Horizon, children’s ministry is not considered second rate. We value our children as our #1 ministry focus. We desire to give our children a legacy:

• the legacy of a Christian foundation rooted in the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ
• the legacy of God’s power through the Holy Spirit
• the legacy of Christ-centered values which will equip them to make the right decisions to ensure their success in life.

We believe in age-specific ministry to our children which ensures them to receive an appropriate presentation of God’s Word at his or her level of understanding. Our Horizon Kids Ministry has 4 exciting departments:

1. Horizon Kids Church: 1 st – 6 th graders
2. Horizon Kids Jr.: pre-school – K
3. Horizon Toddlers: walkers – 2 yrs.
4. Horizon Bundles: 6 months – crawlers

Every week we devote our creativity and excellence to each age-specific ministry. We value CREATIVITY because we know children can be bored with the same thing every week. We strive to make each child’s visit to Horizon Kids fresh, new, and exciting. We value EXCELLENCE because we want our kids to know that they are valued and they deserve 110% of our efforts and service to them. And, we value LIFE-CHANGE because at Horizon Kids, it’s not just about the “program”; it’s primarily about CHANGING LIVES!
